Trever can be found cheering for Michigan State University in his off time. Trever is a dedicated father to his four children and a loving husband to his wife. As a wearer of hearing aids himself, Trever truly understands his clients and the importance of regaining control of sound.

Trever "TJ" Fluke Jr. is proudly continuing a family legacy in the hearing industry, following in the footsteps of his father with a growing passion for helping others hear their best. With several years of hands-on experience, TJ has developed a strong foundation in patient care, hearing solutions, and the latest technology in the field.

Known for his approachable personality and commitment to improving quality of life, he is dedicated to guiding patients through their hearing journey with clarity and confidence. As he builds on his family’s tradition, TJ brings a fresh perspective while honoring the values of trust, service, and excellence that have shaped his path.

Tiffani McCauley (HIS)

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Tiffani is an experienced healthcare professional with more than 20 years in the medical field, including eight years specializing in the hearing industry. She offers a well-rounded approach to care, combining strong clinical expertise with a compassionate, hands-on approach to patient treatment. Tiffani is committed to helping individuals improve their quality of life through better hearing and personalized care. Outside of her professional role, she is a devoted mother who values family and balance in all aspects of life. 

Jennifer

Medical Biller / Office Manager

Jennifer is another friendly face you may encounter in all the offices. She is our medical biller and the office manager. She has 2 children, is a bonus mom to 1, and is happily married. She enjoys interacting with clients and always has a smile on her face.

Linda

Head of Customer Service

If you call Hearing Depot you will most likely talk to Linda on the phone. Linda has been working with Trever for 11 years. She is a mother of two and a proud "Nana" to one. Linda went to school for social work and enjoys hearing stories from clients. Stand up comedy is part of her life and often shows in her conversations.

Jessica

Front Office Coordinator

Jessica is the front office coordinator for the Ypsilanti Office. Our clients are greeted by her lovely face when they walk in the door. Jessica keeps things in line for the Ypsilanti office. She is a mother of one and loves every minute of it.
